Respectful Behaviour – You agree to treat all candidates, staff, and other participants with respect, kindness, and dignity. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will result in immediate termination of our services without refund.

Honest Communication with Matches – You agree to communicate honestly and directly with your matches. If you are not interested, you say so clearly and respectfully. If you have concerns, you share them. We do not tolerate ghosting, leading someone on, or any other form of dishonest communication.

Compliance with Local Laws – You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in China. Your match is not responsible for your legal compliance, visa status, or any other personal matters.

Timely Feedback – You agree to provide constructive feedback after each introduction. This helps us improve our service and ensures that we continue searching for someone who fits you better.

Financial Responsibility– You are responsible for your own expenses during any meetings or dates – meals, transport, tickets, or other costs. Your match is not expected to pay for you, nor are you expected to pay for them unless mutually agreed. Our matching fee is paid upfront and covers our services. No additional payments to your match are required or permitted.

What We Do Not Cover – Clear Boundaries

Transparency is essential to our service. We clearly define what we do not cover to avoid misunderstandings and protect both you and our candidates.

No Guarantee of Relationship Success– We guarantee a careful match and a professional introduction. We do not guarantee that you and your match will become partners, that the relationship will progress, or that it will result in marriage. Human relationships are unpredictable. Our role is to create the opportunity; the relationship is yours to build.

No Liability for Personal Interactions – We facilitate introductions but do not control, supervise, or mediate your interactions with your match. We are not responsible for the content, quality, or outcome of any conversations, dates, or relationships that develop. Your match is an independent individual acting on their own behalf, not an employee or agent of our company. We are not liable for any disputes, disagreements, or misunderstandings that arise between you and your match.

No Responsibility for Cancellations or Withdrawals – Candidates may withdraw from our network at any time for personal reasons. We will do our best to offer alternative matches, but we are not responsible for withdrawals beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for matches that do not work out due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

No Involvement in Disputes – We do not mediate disputes between you and your match. We encourage you to resolve any issues directly and respectfully. If you feel unable to do so, we can assist by offering an alternative match, but we do not arbitrate or take sides in personal disagreements.

No Responsibility for Safety– While we vet candidates carefully, we cannot guarantee your safety in every situation. You are responsible for your own personal safety during any meetings. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, using your own judgment, and taking all necessary precautions. We are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during your meetings.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes – We do not guarantee that you will find a partner within any specific timeframe, that your match will share your exact preferences, or that cultural differences will not arise. We provide the introduction and the support. The outcome depends on both parties.

No Financial Guarantees – We do not guarantee that your match has any particular financial status, employment situation, or material assets. We match on values, compatibility, and relationship goals – not on financial profiles. Any financial discussions between you and your match are entirely your own responsibility.

No Visa or Immigration Advice – We are not immigration consultants. We do not provide advice on visas, residence permits, or any other legal matters. If you require such advice, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

No Psychological or Medical Counselling – We are not therapists, counsellors, or medical professionals. We do not provide psychological, emotional, or medical advice. If you require such services, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

No Responsibility for Unauthorised Use – We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your information resulting from your failure to protect your own passwords, devices, or accounts.

Our Fee Structure

Our matching service is provided on a transparent, one-time fee basis. The fee covers the consultation, candidate search, professional introduction, ongoing support, and coaching. It does not include any expenses related to meetings, transport, or activities.

Payment Terms– The full fee is paid upfront before the matching process begins. We do not offer trial periods, partial services, or pay-per-introduction models. Our investment in your search begins the moment you register, and we are fully committed to your success.

Refund Policy – We do not offer refunds once the matching process has begun. We invest significant time and resources in vetting candidates, consulting with you, and arranging introductions. If you decide to withdraw, we will not refund the fee. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms, misrepresented yourself, or behaved inappropriately, we reserve the right to terminate our services without refund.

The Legal Framework – Our Agreement

When you register with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before proceeding.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website or communicated directly to registered clients.

Our responsibility ends at the point of introduction and ongoing support. The relationship that follows is entirely between you and your match.

We do not accept liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from our services. Our total liability to you is limited to the fee you have paid us.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or litigation in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
